fine dining overlooking the beautiful Stone Creek Golf Course
in southeast Urbana. Both Kennedy's and the Stone Creek
Golf Club are public, requiring no membership. Kennedy's specializes in award winning fresh seafood and Certified Angus Beef steaks and offers a mixed cuisine of entrees, salads, soups, sandwiches and appetizers. Reservations are requested, but walk-ins are always welcome, space permitting. Kennedy's at Stone Creek has no dress code, and is completely non-smoking. Kennedy's at Stone Creek is now on Opentable You can now make reservations online through opentable right from this website. Once you sign up, which only requires a name, phone number, and email address (the same information you need to make a reservation by phone anyway), you can make reservations with only a few clicks of your mouse. Additionally, you accrue 100 Opentable points for each reservation you make and complete (by showing up) online. Once you have 2,000 points, you receive a $20 check good at any Opentable restaurant--including Kennedy's. Upcoming Events Comfort
Foods for
the Season Mention
comfort food and think of tender pot roast, rich
lamb stew, spicy chili, French onion soup broiled with Swiss cheese,
and chicken
pot pie topped with a golden crust. The
weather like the stock market has been bouncing up and down, but mostly
down
and one needs a dinner full of warmth, flavor and tenderness just to
maintain a
certain comfort level. The fact that
our comfort dinner has a comfortable price tag adds to the winter
dining
experience. We had steak, lobster, and
champagne for the holidays, but now it time for basic straightforward
ingredients and long slow cooking times. We’re now
featuring Julia Child’s Pot Roast, a tasty tender
recipe with certified Angus beef, potato, carrot, mushroom, rich stock
and
plenty of wine. (Recipe link below) In addition
to the items, mentioned above, we’re featuring
fresh tilapia in an herb crust and stuffed chicken breast with spinach
and
three cheeses. Curries and spicy Mardi
Gras specials will round out the items we’re offering for the next few
weeks. We invite you
